Monday 11 February

Today for our shared reading activity we looked at a poem called "The Swish Of Fish". We wrote a list of words that rhyme with fish. We coloured in and cut out a fish for our mural. Don't they look colourful?

Tomorrow we will have our school Powhiri to

welcome new staff and pupils.

The End Of The Day

We have had two awesome days at school to begin our Year in Room 14. Mrs Eden has been so proud of the way we are already working together as a team. Just before 3.00pm we went outside to blow some bubbles.

In the next video you can see some some of us putting ticks on our charts. We earn these when Mrs Eden sees us following the class rules. We must remember to keep our hands, feet and objects to ourselves, we must follow instructions, we look after school and personal property, we ALWAYS speak nicely to each other, we use quiet voices in the classoom and we put up our hand and wait our turn to speak. Most of us already have several ticks because we have been trying so hard. When our tick chart is full we get to choose out of the treasure chest and then we start our chart over again.
