Purple Cupcake Day

Today it is Purple Cupcake Day.

Some of us are wearing purple.

We are raising money for the people 

who lost their homes in Vanuatu.

We can buy cupcakes made and decorated 

by the parents.

We coloured in, cut out and decorated these cupcakes.

Josh said " I had a problem with the dominoes when they 

started falling over before I got the line built"

Zane enjoying kicking the ball outside.

The painting table was a great place to chat with friends.

Lots of us enjoyed making popcorn again.

The big floor puzzle about insects was a challenge

 if you were doing it by yourself!

Sophie had fun with the stamps.

Alita is trying the stilts.

Not very many people tried to do the threading today.

The table tennis table was great fun.

There was a super tea party for the toys.

Go The Black Caps!!

Today the New Zealand Cricket team called the 

Black Caps will play their 

semi final game against South Africa. 

We dressed in black to send our support.

Stopping Demonstration

Today we saw the Stopping Demonstration. Drivers have to go slow enough to stop quickly enough if children run out on the road. We have to be very careful when we cross the road.

Discovery Time 19 March

 We iced biscuits.

 We sat in the sun with our friends to eat our biscuits.

 We made a farm with the blocks.

 We really enjoyed constructions with Klikko.

 We made a shop with the play money.
